These packs are seeded into subject catalog and selectable from K-12 course-offering setup. Users can start from the template, then customize subjects manually.

Tertiary Mapping Examples (US/UK)
Tertiary mapping is schema-level guidance. It keeps the planner config-driven by programme/cohort and curriculum rules instead of hardcoded taxonomy.
