Who can complete setup?

Only organization owner/admin can update setup progress and complete setup. Members can view status only.

Why can't we open planner yet?

Planner access is gated until all required setup sections are complete. Continue setup fromSettings > Setup and complete the required sections for your institution profile.

Can setup values be changed later?

Yes. Setup unlocks planner access, but configuration remains editable in settings after completion.

Do we need AI auto-scheduling?

Not initially. If the constraint engine can produce valid full schedules and multiple selectable variants, that usually delivers higher immediate value than an AI-first approach.
